Enjoy a Healthy Desert
Enjoy a Healthy Desert
There are now some really good non-fat frozen yogurts that have as few as 35 calories and 3 grams of sugar for a 4 oz. serving (e.g. Penguin’s). Add a topping of berries and you can enjoy great flavor in a dessert with no fat and very little sugar. It doesn’t get more healthy and erection-friendly than that!

The Green Tea Diet
“The Green Tea Diet”
In a 1999 study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, green tea extract was shown to increase energy expenditure by 4%. This corresponds to about 60 calories per day and 6 pounds of weight loss per year. Green tea therefore is a useful addition for anyone attempting to lose weight, or just wanting to keep their weight normal.
